This Morning!

Ok, so this morning we both weighted ourselves because apparently its better to weight in the morning than at night.

Alle Weights 234 IBS

I have lost 8.8 Pounds! and R.J. has lost 4.2 pounds!

OK ITS BEEN A WHILE!

So we started to fall off the wagon for a little while. We couldn't handle just shakes all the time. We are back on but with not as strict diets. We are having healthy well balanced meals. Here is own new pictures now!

We need to start weighting ourselves in the morning though and not after dinner lol


R.J. is at 16 push ups right now and 15 Sit Ups. I am just exercising when I can. I work usually all day but starting the 30th I will not work anymore and will be able to start a work out schedule! I am very excited for that.

The First Run

So today we had our first run. We ran on the treadmill for a little bit. I ran at a speed of 5.5 and R.J. ran at a speed of 6. That probably accumulated to a half mile. Then, after I broke one of the treadmill's we went out around our apartment complex. We did Sprints for half a mile probably a total of 1/4 mile sprinting and a 1/4 mile fast walking. We are both very tired but happy we got in a miles worth of workout!
